At Eden Allied, we love to make a difference in the lives of our participants by helping them achieve meaningful goals and to stay independent and included in the community.We offer the following services:
Assistance with Daily Living
Individualised support services in the comfort of your home. We assess your daily needs and assist you in your daily activities so you can live a happier and more independent life.
Community Participation
Our highly experienced disability support workers can also link you with various activities in the community, whether that be learning to cook or attending the footy, we can make it happen.
Short Term Accommodation (STA)
We also provide you with respite care to give your loved ones a break from their carer role, or to enable you to get away and form new experiences. Although locations can vary, our main location for STA is up at Warburton, a beautiful self-contained home with pristine scenery and loads of activities to experience. Allied Health Services (Physiotherapy and Occupational Therapy)
Our highly experienced allied health professionals can assess your daily living skills and mobility depending on your goals, make recommendations to maximize your independence, conduct home assessments, prescribe equipment and exercise programs, as well as set up assistive technology, and more.
We Make Even Seemingly Difficult Goals Accessible
Recently one of our client’s long-term goals was to ride a Harley Davidson. Unfortunately, this goal was knocked back several times by other disability support providers due to risks involved. However, with the right planning, enthusiasm and problem solving, we were able to make it happen safely. Our participant couldn’t wipe the smile off his face!
